Roof and Fence Repairs

The recent hailstorm has caused damage to some roofs and fences within Anna Ranch. To help streamline your repair process, I have attached the governing documents that specify the approved shingles color and the fence stain color.

ACC approval is required before beginning repairs. Depending on the city requirements this letter will be needed for the roofing company to submit for a city permit to replace roof.
