Pool Update

The Grand Opening of the community pool is right around the corner! While the official opening date has not yet been confirmed, we expect to have that information soon!

Unfortunately, there was unexpected damage to the amenity center sidewalk concrete panels caused by a residents golf cart. These areas must be re-constructed before the city will issue the final Certificate of Occupancy. Please DO NOT drive any vehicles in the construction area, as this will cause further delays and damage.

In the meantime, we’d like to get a head start on pool access setup. Attached is the Access Form to be completed for gate entry. Once we receive your completed form, your information will be entered into the Brivo system and queued for activation.

Please note:

Fobs and mobile access will not be distributed until the pool officially opens.

Access cannot be granted without a completed signed form.

I will also plan to be available in person during distribution to assist with any incomplete paperwork and hand out fobs once access is officially granted.
