Townhall Update

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Over the past several days, we have received communications from homeowners expressing concerns about the upcoming town hall meeting and recent developments within Anna Ranch. At Legacy Southwest, we deeply respect and value the opinions of every homeowner in the community.

Given the feedback we've received — and understanding that some residents feel their voices have not been fully heard or accurately represented — we believe it is in the best interest of the community to postpone the town hall meeting. A new date will be announced soon. This additional time will allow us to thoroughly review and address the issues that have been raised.

We kindly remind everyone that all concerns and comments should be directed to Legacy Southwest. Currently, there are no homeowners serving on the Board of Directors or officially recognized as points of contact for the HOA. Neither the Board nor the management team will be meeting individually with homeowners at this time.
