Road Closure Information

The Anna Ranch Phase 2 development will be closing E. Foster Crossing between Leonard Ave and CR 419 (see the attached Detour Map) to remove the existing asphalt roadway from Leonard Ave to CR 418 in preparation for grading, utilities, and new concrete roadway.

We are scheduled to close E. Foster Crossing on 12/15/24 and hope to reopen on 8/18/25 (Collin County has approved the closure); the reopening could be sooner depending on schedules and the weather.
